By using FrictionPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms are written for MVP and beta use and may be updated before public launch.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your email address current.
FrictionPilot may use report credits for full report generation. Credit packages, pricing, and included features may change before public launch.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Billing records may be stored in your account history.
Credits may be adjusted, refunded, limited, or revoked in cases of abuse, payment failure, fraud, duplicate transactions, or platform misuse.
FrictionPilot reports are generated from public page evidence and AI analysis. Reports may contain errors, incomplete interpretations, or recommendations that require human review.
You are responsible for reviewing report findings before sending them to clients, making site changes, or relying on them for business decisions.
FrictionPilot does not guarantee conversion lift, revenue improvement, ad performance, search visibility, or AI-assistant recommendation outcomes.
You may not use FrictionPilot for illegal activity, harassment, privacy invasion, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, platform abuse, scraping private systems, malware, or security exploitation.
You may not attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, access controls, authentication, billing rules, or report-sharing controls.
You may not submit URLs that contain secrets, tokens, passwords, private invite links, or access credentials.
FrictionPilot is under active development. Features, pricing, reports, credits, schedules, crawler behavior, and limits may change.
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, bug fixes, infrastructure changes, or abuse prevention.
FrictionPilot is provided as a testing and analysis tool. To the maximum extent allowed by law, FrictionPilot is not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, ad spend loss, client disputes, or decisions made based on reports.
Use reports as decision support, not as the only basis for business or legal decisions.
For support or Terms questions, contact the FrictionPilot team through the product website or dashboard support channel.
Only test websites you own, manage, or are authorized to evaluate. FrictionPilot is built for customer journey testing, conversion review, and client reporting — not unauthorized scanning.
